Jolati.mv does not store any card details. All transactions are processed in MVR, and once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review it carefully, and contact us if there are any issues. This email serves as proof of your order and must be retained.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services across the Maldives. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the product ordered. Orders above MVR 150 are eligible for free delivery.
7. Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations can be made before the order is dispatched. Products can be returned within 24hrs of delivery, Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Jolati.mv is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that arise from using our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
